What is the renewal procedure ?
90 days prior to expiry an email is sent to the administrative and billing contacts :

60 days prior to expiry a hard copy proforma invoice is posted to the billing contact. 30 days prior to expiry another email is sent to the administrative and billing contacts.
Subject: Nominate.Com Proforma Renewal invoice for30 day warning. The above domain name expires in 30 days. 7 days prior to expiry a warning email is sent to the administrative and billing contacts. Subject: Nominate.Com Proforma Renewal invoice for Domain-Name 7 day warning. The above domain name expires in 7 days. 1 day prior to expiry a warning email is sent to all 4 domain contacts. Subject: Nominate.Com Proforma Renewal invoice for Domain-Name 1 day warning. The above domain name expires in 1 day.
24 hours after expiry the domains name will be placed on registrar-hold (suspended). 30 days after expiry a warning of deletion email is sent to all contacts.
Subject: Nominate.Com Warning Suspension notice invoice for Domain-Name .... The above domain expired on the xxx xxxxxxx xxxx. Your domain has now been SUSPENDED. It may still be renewed if IMMEDIATE payment is received. 39 days after expiry a 24 hour deletion notice is sent to all contacts. Subject: Nominate.Com Warning DELETION notice invoice for Domain-Name .... The above domain expired on the xx xxxxx xxxx. Your domain is suspended pending DELETION. Please act NOW. It may still be renewed if IMMEDIATE payment is received.
40 days after expiry the domain is deleted and enters the redemption period for the next 30 days. The domain name can still be recovered but at an extra fee. See domain prices.
70 days after expiry the domain is unrenewable and enters final deletion.
75 days after expiry the domain becomes available for re-registration.
